• Conduct testing to ensure continuity during loss of physical infrastructure or hosting environments.
• Validate infrastructure designs with redundant standby architectures for active/active or active/passive.
• Lead network engineering upgrades for interoperability with external partners and government systems.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps tooling and automate build, test, and security validation.
• Mentor junior test engineers and supervise QA teams.
