Job summary

ICF International is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to establish and lead a modern automated testing capability for a cloud-based federal-grade application. You will architect end-to-end UI/API/integration tests in Java Spring Boot/Angular environments and mentor a dispersed QA team.

Responsibilities include integrating tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, implementing DevSecOps practices, and coordinating UAT with customers while ensuring security validation with tools like Prisma Cloud and OWASP

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must hold or have held a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a modern test automation strategy and framework across multiple applications and services.
• Establish scalable automated testing frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and developers, elevating automation skills and testing best practices.
