Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead a comprehensive automated testing capability for a cloud-based environment supporting a federal customer. You will guide a dispersed team, implement end-to-end testing across Java Spring Boot services and Angular front-ends, and integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Security validation and UAT coordination are part of the role. You will work with tools like Cypress, JUnit, Prisma, Checkmarx, and OWASP ZAP to ensure robust

Qualifications

5+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience, including test automation.
Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Must reside in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a modern test automation strategy and framework across multiple applications and services.
Establish scalable automated testing frameworks from the ground up supporting UI, API, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA engineers and developers, elevating automation skills and testing practices.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment and support UAT activities.
