Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in energy storage, power systems or related high-voltage/industrial energy applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a passion for technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on approach with a commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and commissioning of advanced test equipment for battery energy storage applications.
• Lead system integration between lab equipment and Devices Under Test (DUT).
• Develop detailed test plans and execute testing protocols for components and full systems.
• Perform data analysis and processing across test platforms and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review results, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support instrumentation and calibration activities in test cells for accuracy and reliability.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues and project risks.
• Apply troubleshooting to component to full system levels and drive root cause analysis.
