MiniMed is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for multi-tiered applications. The role requires hands-on Java and modern automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured, BrowserStack, and Applitools.

The candidate will contribute to scalable automation frameworks, support test teams, and ensure high standards of software quality, reliability, and compliance while enabling faster delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Experience developing or maintaining test automation frameworks for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured, BrowserStack, and Applitools.
• Strong knowledge in using AI tools.
• Experience testing UI, services, APIs, and backend components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Java and industry-standard automation tools.
• Enhance, document, and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and utilities used by test engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Test Automation Engineers across Enterprise Test Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Application Development, DevOps, and other technical teams to plan, coordinate, and execute automation activities.
• Expand automation framework capabilities to support multiple test environments, platforms, and application layers.
• Develop automated component, API, service, and UI tests to validate application and component behavior.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts to improve execution reliability and coverage.
• Support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices through automation integration with tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
