Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years of prior experience leading and executing test events and developing test plans and procedures for hardware and software testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain an active secret clearance. (U.S. Citizenship is required)

Responsibilities

• Aircraft Survivability Equipment testing, including but not limited to, qualitatively and quantitatively assess sensors, jammers, software upgrades, and other aircraft survivability systems.
• Lead and execute testing events, develop test plans and procedures for hardware and software testing.
• Support the development of the Test Strategy and/or Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).
• Lead the T&E Integrated Product Team (IPT) and conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
• Participate in test planning with OEM and Government Test Agencies for developmental and operational test events.
