Jobot seeks a Senior Test Engineer for our Tulsa electronics manufacturing facility. You will lead test development for ICT and Flying Probe systems, ensuring PCB reliability for aerospace and defense applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics test engineering experience.
• Hands-on PCB testing experience including ICT and Flying Probe.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical requirements in aerospace/defense context.
• Experience with environmental and functional test development.
• Knowledge of RF or high-complexity multi-layer PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICT and Flying Probe test solutions for PCB assemblies.
• Create test templates, programs, and methodologies for new and existing products.
• Define measurements and tolerances per customer specs.
• Interface with customers to clarify product test requirements.
• Support environmental testing including thermal chambers and vibration tables.
• Troubleshoot complex PCB assemblies and test failures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers.
• Continuously improve test processes and reliability.
