Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 6+ years in test engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or system-level testing.
• Proven ability to lead project execution and maintain schedule adherence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, and Lab Operations on test strategies and milestones.
• Apply mastery of test engineering concepts to guide decisions.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, and resources to meet commitments.
• Ensure test hardware, instrumentation, and docs are ready for on-time execution.
• Drive quick resolution of test equipment issues and downtime.
• Track progress, communicate risks, and plan recoveries.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers in best practices.
• Improve test workflows and reporting visibility.
