Curtiss-Wright's Exlar team in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute test strategies for complex electromechanical systems used in production and development environments. You will lead hands-on testing, develop automated test scripts in Python, mentor junior staff, and work with engineering and manufacturing to improve test coverage and equipment efficiency.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our Exlar team!
As a Sr Test Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and execution of test strategies to validate products, systems, and manufacturing processes, serving as a technical authority and process leader to ensure reliable, accurate, and cost-effective testing while supporting cross‑functional engineering goals, resolving performance issues, and mentoring junior test staff. This role maintains and scales established EOL test frameworks while modernizing legacy test equipment and supporting standardized test platform development.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
