Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Test Conductor in Melbourne, FL to join the System Test Team. The role requires a Top Secret/ Secret clearance and extensive test planning, procedures development, and data analysis experience in mission system programs. Onsite work and multi-shift support are expected.

Candidates should have a STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience, and readiness to collaborate across disciplines while maintaining high standards for artifacts and releases.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and related experience.
• Ability to transfer and maintain final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution, and peer review of test procedures.
• Participate in Formal and Non-Formal Test execution events.
• Participate in test planning, problem report validation testing, and post testing data analysis.
• Provide support in the creation of required test artifacts used for official PCM and SRM releases to our customer.
• Attend and participate in all System Test meetings.
• Willing to support multiple shifts and odd hours to accommodate testing efforts and lab schedules.
