Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Test Engineer / Principal Test Conductor to join our Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (STT) organization in Roy, UT. The role focuses on hardware/software integration, lab operations, test planning, and execution of integration events.

The position requires active DoD Secret clearance, experience with JIRA and lab environments, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. It offers a 9/80 schedule and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors in STEM; 0 years with Masters.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher with recent background investigation or Continuous Evaluation.
• 1+ years of experience in data recording tools such as JIRA.
• 1+ years of experience in Laboratory test environment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support Lab Operations, including laboratory design, test planning and preparation, scheduling test events, and execution of integration checkout procedures.
• Configure test stations and deploy software, maintain hardware configurations, and validate station readiness.
