Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or Associate's with 10+ years.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance.
• Hands-on Databricks platform experience including data validation and testing.
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Hands-on PySpark and PySpark DataFrames testing and data transformations.
• Experience developing/executing automated tests using standard frameworks/tools.
• Experience with Jira and Xray or similar test management tools.
• Experience with Git or GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, UiPath, QTP/HP UFT, or similar.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional/integration testing in IBM mainframe, client/server, or cloud environments.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop automated test scripts.
• Use automation tools to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Construct test cases from government/contractor docs with predetermined results and data.
• Review test outputs and communicate issues to programmers in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate test activities with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely testing completion.
• Train other contractors or government personnel in automated testing tools.
• Lead testing activities with initiative and accountability across systems.
