Job summary

Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Senior Engineering Technician to join the Electrical Engineering team. You will fixture, test, troubleshoot, and improve advanced hearing technology from components to final devices, working closely with engineers and mentoring junior technicians.

You will supervise test activities, maintain calibration programs, and contribute to reliable test processes while advancing acoustic, electrical, and dimensional test systems in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in electronic technology.
• Minimum 10 years of electronics test experience.
• Knowledge of acoustics, vibration, and electricity.
• Experience with ANSI/IEC/IPC standards.
• Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, build, rework, and troubleshoot with EE team.
• Execute testing for all hearing aid components at all R&D stages.
• Build new fixtures and rework devices as directed by EE.
• Perform first-level data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and tracking.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians.
• Improve test processes and procedures.
