Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test systems for NPI and production environments.
• Integrate hardware and software components into robust test solutions.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to define test requirements and strategies.
• Develop and maintain test programs using LabVIEW and TestStand.

• Analyze test data to identify opportunities for process improvement and yield enhancement.
• Optimize existing production test systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and test technicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Test development activities and deliverables are compliant with the Starkey Quality Management System.
• Develop innovative, reusable, and sustainable test methods, hardware, and software.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or automated test development.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in test system architecture and integration.
• Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement techniques.

Salary And Other Compensation

The target rate for this position is between $93,940 to $120,750 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
