Job summary

SciTec Incorporated in Colorado is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for a multi-layer infrastructure and software stack in RHEL factory/test environments. You will develop automated tests across data pipelines, APIs, and platforms, integrating them into CI/CD for seamless releases.

The role requires 3+ years of test automation or related experience, strong Python/JavaScript skills, and a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in test automation, software engineering, or systems engineering.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills for automated tests across multiple layers.
• Experience with deployment pipelines and CI/CD integrations.
• Linux environments and GitLab CI experience required.
• Secret Security clearance mandatory and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test procedures and traceability to artifacts.
• Develop tests across infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and user applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for releases and feature validation.
• Collaborate with IVT leads, developers, and security engineers to ensure coverage.
• Identify gaps, improve test coverage, and support regression and performance testing.
