Job summary

Northstrat Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our Agile development team. You will balance manual testing with automated scripting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of complex systems in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities include executing diverse test procedures, performing integration testing, supporting break/fix efforts, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active US government secret clearance.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 2 years direct experience.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Gitlab, GitHub Actions, and Atlassian Bamboo is required.
• Must have experience with end-to-end (e2e) testing frameworks like Playwright, Selinium, and Cypress.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute unit/component test procedures for all project components and create integration and regression tests.
• Conduct component integration testing including performance, throughput, fault tolerance, interface compliance, and functional completeness.
• Support production system fix/ enhancement efforts with test formulation, test scenarios, execution, and summary preparation.
• Document and analyze test results, produce status reports, and assist defect management.
