Qualifications
- 7+ years in software testing with 5+ years in automation-focused roles.
- Hands-on Selenium-based test automation frameworks (Java).
- Experience with Playwright with TypeScript and ramping to production.
- Strong programming in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
- Proficient with Git and Bitbucket; CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading automation initiatives for large healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Define automation strategies and best practices across QA teams; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior/mid automation engineers and perform code reviews.
- Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Analyze automation failures and drive root-cause actions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure HIPAA/compliance in automation practices.
