JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Senior Associate in the Credit Card Technology team to design, build, and maintain an in-house Test Automation Framework that powers continuous delivery across critical financial products.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Technology partners to define test strategies, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor colleagues in creating and maintaining automated tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years building and maintaining test automation frameworks with Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, or FitNesse.
• 3+ years with open-source test automation tools.
• 3+ years of CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Maven, Git.
• 3+ years working in Agile teams and creating test strategies from backlog.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases validating new and existing features.
• Expand end-to-end test automation suite and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology partners to design test plans.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Provide effort estimates for user stories using planning poker.
