Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent with extensive test experience.
• 10+ years leading ATE automation across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in C#/C++, Python, Java.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and LLM-based agents is required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop state-of-the-art ATE automation solutions for new product development.
• Create test libraries to enable reuse and standardization across products and platforms.
• Develop automated test programs for multiple market segments and cost-of-test optimization.
• Ensure end-to-end automation across tester, peripherals, and data transfer layers.
• Maintain and update code; support new product teams with ATE automation issues.
