Five Stones Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to lead DT&E/OT&E planning and execution, coordinate test assets, and deliver objective assessments. You will develop test strategies to show system performance and readiness, and report results to program leadership.

The role requires DoD experience, US citizenship, and the ability to work across acquisition milestones. Some travel is expected in support of program tests and reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizenship required.
• 17+ years of relevant experience in test programs.
• Ability to perform detailed calculations and assess complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) activities and OT&E planning.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies to prove performance, capabilities and safety.
• Create, review and maintain test plans, procedures, reports, and data matrices.
• Coordinate test resources including ranges, instrumentation, data collection, and test personnel.
• Analyze results and provide risk assessments and corrective action recommendations.
