Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join our team supporting Test and Evaluation for the USSF at the Downtown Colorado Springs office. An active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility is required.

You will craft, execute, and review test plans for space systems using advanced DOE techniques and collaborate across teams to ensure mission success. The role demands experience in acquisition lifecycle, test and evaluation processes, and capability to decompose complex systems for objective test

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field with 6+ years in OR/M&S.
• Expert knowledge across T&E disciplines and practices.
• Experience with space operations and orbital mechanics.
• Experience with large data sets and statistical techniques.
• DoD acquisition familiarity and SAP/EC eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution, and reviewing space tests.
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test programs for space systems.
• Apply DOE and statistical tools to improve test efficiency and results.
• Review and improve test documentation and safety briefs.
• Develop data collection requirements and go/no-go criteria.
• Collaborate with test teams to ensure robust data management and analysis.
• Review data analyses and provide senior input on data quality and anomalies.
• Evaluate simulations to predict system effectiveness under operational scenarios.
• Review test outcomes to ensure configurations meet customer specs.
