Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software testing experience in large organizations
• Experience leading or participating in technical implementations of software systems that automate complex processes
• Experience documenting requirements, test cases, and end-to-end traceability

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and procedures
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including UAT
• Coordinate risk-based testing schedules and resources
• Document defects and PIRs through resolution
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices linking business requirements to tests
• Support testing in Jama or similar tools
• Monitor progress, generate metrics, and report status to management
• Assist users during UAT and defect resolution
• Perform regression testing and adapt plans for maintenance releases
• Review vendor deliverables for testing compliance
• Maintain testing process docs and QA artifacts
