Capgemini Polska is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to ensure software quality for international clients. You will translate business and technical requirements into test cases, lead test execution, and guide tester teams within Capgemini's quality governance framework.

We value ISTQB-certified professionals with 4+ years of testing experience, strong problem-solving, and collaboration skills. English and German at B2 level are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and test analysis.
• Analytical thinking, active listening, and adaptability aligned with Capgemini values.
• Hands-on experience with testing ecosystems and quality/governance.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Strong client-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of modern web and delivery technologies (frontend/backend/CI/CD).
• Proven leadership skills: decision making, influencing stakeholders, collaboration.
• English and German proficiency on B2 level.
