Job summary

Sequel Med Tech is seeking a Senior Territory Business Leader to drive adoption of the new insulin pump in West Baltimore and Western Maryland. You will collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to build territory strategies, cultivate relationships with physicians and diabetes care experts, and ensure a superior product experience for providers and patients.

You will mentor junior staff, lead field training, and participate in internal advisory boards while traveling within the territory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industries for Senior TBL.
• Experience or knowledge in diabetes and automated insulin devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory planning with CDS to meet/exceed goals.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to drive product adoption.
• Drive continued product adoption and guide the customer experience for providers and patients.
• Demonstrate Sequel products and diabetes therapeutic options with confidence.
• Collaborate with customer care and sales support to optimize user experience.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; participate in field training and advisory boards.
