Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible project management experience in industrial terminals or related infrastructure.
• Experience with design, heavy equipment, pipeline construction, API 653 tank repair, inspection, and terminal operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Leader, organizing and directing efforts across capital, sustaining, reliability, regulatory compliance, and business development projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Maintenance, Project Execution, Inspection, and EHS to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.
• Oversee internal and external engineering, construction, inspection, and consulting resources to support project execution.
• Plan and manage multiple projects, ensuring objectives, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop design bases, scopes of work, execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle from feasibility to closeout, including commissioning and turnover.
• Provide technical support for civil/structural systems, conveyance/material handling, heavy equipment, cranes, rail/roadways, tanks, and related infrastructure.
