Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to provide management support for operations and maintenance staff and to oversee a broad portfolio of capital and major maintenance projects at refined product facilities, terminals and pipelines.

You will lead project teams, prepare scopes and cost estimates, manage schedules and budgets, deliver presentations to senior leaders, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal and external partners to bring projects to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in engineering or managing projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates.
• Provide leadership to project teams including internal and external service providers.
• Manage safety, reliability, environmental and quality aspects to meet project goals.
• Manage project finances and monthly cash flow forecast.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to upper management and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to sponsors and manage schedules.
