Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a global building automation and industrial technology leader seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee all terminal activities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead contractor activities, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence in a heavy industrial environment, ensuring quality and customer service while maintaining a safe work culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience (or HS diploma with equivalent).
• 3-5 years in operations or maintenance in heavy industrial environment.
• 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance in light or heavy industrial setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of industrial operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, and safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal activities with emphasis on safety, operational excellence, environmental compliance, quality and customer service.
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently per policies and procedures.
• Promote safety culture and hold workers and contractors accountable for safety expectations.
• Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with site requirements.
• Develop and manage the terminal operating budget in line with cost, volume and maintenance expectations.
