The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree (or 7+ years equivalent) with preferred master's in related fields; strong MS Office and SAP skills are required; safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study Preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to managers to meet business objectives.
• Support regional P&L targets by identifying improvement opportunities.
• Participate in operating budget preparation.
• Conduct operations reviews to assess cost drivers.
• Create and enforce a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
