Job summary

Plains All American is seeking a St. James Terminal Operations Manager to lead safe, reliable, and commercially focused operations across land, marine, rail, and pumping assets.

You will oversee personnel, asset integrity, EMS readiness, and capital plans while upholding regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating with OCC, maintenance, engineering, and commercial teams to execute the operating plan, manage complex movements, and drive safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations experience in crude oil, terminals or pipeline settings.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with frontline accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Direct day-to-day terminal operations across land, marine, and rail movements.
• Coordinate with OCC, maintenance, engineering, and commercial teams to execute plans.
• Manage budgets, asset integrity, and capital projects.
• Develop staffing, training, and succession plans for 24/7 operations.
• Build relationships with regulators, customers, and internal partners.
