Job summary
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, accomplished transportation / bridge leader to serve as Tennessee Bridge Practice Lead for employment in Franklin, TN. This leadership position will be responsible for strategic growth, technical excellence, operational performance, and business development of the firm's statewide bridge and structural engineering practice within AECOM’s transportation business.

Qualifications
- BA/BS and 10+ years in bridge/structural engineering.
- Active Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Preferred MS in Civil/Structural Engineering; 14+ years bridge design exp optional.
Responsibilities
- Lead the statewide Bridge Engineering Practice for Tennessee.
- Execute annual strategic growth plans.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with TDOT, local governments, planning organizations, and private clients.
- Lead proposal development and project pursuit strategies.
- Provide technical oversight and quality management for all deliverables.
