AECOM is seeking a Tennessee Bridge Practice Lead in Franklin, TN. This leadership role drives growth, technical excellence, and performance for the statewide bridge and structural practice within the transportation business.

The role combines people, project, and client account management, advancing design-build and P3 projects, asset management, and bridge inspections. Strong leadership and technical oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in bridge/structural engineering or equivalent experience.
• Active Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Leads and develops statewide bridge/structural projects and teams.
• Experience with large design-build or P3 transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the statewide Bridge Engineering Practice for Tennessee.
• Develop and execute annual growth plans and BD strategies.
• Maintain senior client relationships with TDOT and others.
• Oversee deliverables including plans, specs, and estimates.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the team.
