Bedrock is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, Tenant Improvement, to lead complex tenant buildouts across its Detroit properties. You will partner with Construction, Development, Legal, Leasing, Finance, Design, Architecture, Operations and Property Management to guide projects from planning through occupancy.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of construction project management experience and 3+ years in tenant improvement construction.
• Experience overseeing tenant improvement, retail, commercial, office, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of permitting, codes, inspections, and construction compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner and contact for tenant improvement projects from lease execution to occupancy.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Develop critical path schedules and monitor project milestones.
