Bedrock Detroit seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager, Tenant Improvement to lead tenant improvement projects across Bedrock properties, coordinating with Construction, Development, Legal, Leasing, Finance, Design, Architecture, Operations and Property Management to ensure timely project delivery. This role supervises planning, permitting, and occupancy processes on-site in Detroit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3+ years in tenant improvement construction.
• Experience with TI, retail, commercial, office, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead tenant improvement projects from planning through occupancy.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop critical path schedules and manage budgets and scopes.
• Ensure compliance with lease requirements, permits, and inspections.
• Advise Leasing on tenant projects and reporting to stakeholders.
