Full-Time Teller - Drive Thru

We seek a driven teller to work at our drive‑through location, focusing on customer service and efficient transaction processing.

Your Role
  • Welcomes customers to the bank in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Handles transactions efficiently and accurately by accepting account deposits and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements of checks.
  • Accepts loan payments, issues money orders, cashier’s checks, traveler checks, foreign currency, cash advances and U.S. Savings Bonds.
  • Processes all transactions within authorized limits, which includes check‑cashing limits. Obtains supervisor approval on all required transactions.
  • Provides assistance to staff with more complex or unusual transactions; approves check cashing or other transactions within individual limits.
  • Balances branch ATM daily as required, and processes night deposit transactions.
  • Serves as backup to the platform staff by providing direct customer service when required. This includes opening and processing new accounts, following proper procedures for processing new accounts and consulting with clients to review and expand their banking relationship as appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as required by the position.
Your Knowledge and Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of bank clients.
  • Previous cash handling experience is helpful.
  • Proficient computer skills, including use of keyboard, ten‑key pad and basic ability to access information within bank‑wide systems.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, work in a fast‑paced, changing environment and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow policies, procedures and written instructions, as well as verbal instructions or directions from supervisor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
