Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven cash handling experience in retail or banking preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Actively acknowledge and greet customers.
• Provide exceptional service and understand customer needs to deliver solutions.
• Take ownership of inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Meet or exceed referral goals through discovery questions and referrals.
