Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in banking or retail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window and provide exceptional service for a variety of transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Identify customers and verify information to protect against fraud.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and other banking services.
• Refer customers to appropriate specialists for product and service needs.
• Maintain knowledge of branch procedures and contribute to sales and service goals.
