Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for the end-to-end telemetry platform, from field and validation data collection through the data lake to insights delivery.
• Drive the crash analytics and reliability modeling stack that accelerates root cause analysis, de-duplicates failures, and reduces escapes at scale.
• Scale ingestion and analysis across millions of endpoints and thousands of data points while sustaining high flighting success across platform programs.
• Partner with product architecture, validation, quality, and customer‑enabling teams to turn telemetry into business actions and revenue‑impacting decisions.
• Set engineering standards, mentor teams, and define the metrics and predictive models that track platform, ingredient, and OEM quality health.
• Lead the development of in‑field and app telemetry solutions that is scalable and secure software architectures across client, cloud, or enterprise domains.
• Formulate technical strategies aligned with organizational goals to deliver cutting‑edge products to market.
