Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded/instrument firmware plus experience with modern JS frameworks (React/Angular) for apps.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes) for backend/services.
• Demonstrated use of AI/ML techniques in product design or tooling.
• Experience building embedded firmware on Linux/Windows with constrained storage.
• Strong mentoring and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and energize an Agile engineering team across software and firmware.
• Define product strategy and technical direction for web, mobile, desktop, and firmware.
• Champion customer centricity through a well-groomed product backlog for IoT, mobile, web, and desktop apps.
• Own telemetry and diagnostics platform from on-device data collection to cloud/on-prem analytics.
• Collaborate with global teams to validate the platform in the field and refine requirements.
• Document storage, retrieval, and configuration interfaces with schema-aligned records.
