Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire control in Orlando, FL is seeking a mid-career Circuit Design Engineer who will lead hardware and software integration for a new missile design. The candidate will drive electronics integration and testing for flight testing, with knowledge of digital, analog, and RF circuit designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with Data analysis and System Integration methodology.
• Familiarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and hardware drawings.
• Must be able to attain a SECRET level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Telemetry and Flight Termination System (FTS) development across electronic subassemblies.
• Provide technical oversight and management of supplier subassembly development and tests.
• Provide engineering evaluations of designs or upgrades to subassemblies for flight test operations.
• Support generation and execution of test plans and reports.
• Assist with failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies; travel as needed.
