Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer Lead who will lead hardware integration and test on Air Dominance programs. The candidate will be involved in electronics integration and tests to support missile flight testing.

The role requires knowledge of electrical engineering in digital, analog, and RF circuit designs, with up to 10% travel to CONUS test sites and a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Prior team lead experience
• Familiar with System Integration methodology
• Familiarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well in a cross-functional team environment
• Able to read wiring schematics and hardware drawings
• Must be able to attain a SECRET level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead missile Telemetry and Flight Termination System (FTS) integration and test activities for new development items in a fast-paced team environment
• Provide engineering evaluations of designs or upgrades to the missile to support successful system and flight test operations
• Generating and performing DVT and Qualification test plans and test reports
• Support failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Travel to and support flight test events
