Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. seeks a senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead planning, design, and implementation of enterprise telecom infrastructure for aviation and transportation projects. You will establish architecture, develop standards, and mentor staff while coordinating with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities include OSP design, fiber networks, cabling systems, and telecom room layouts, with collaboration across disciplines and support through project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Experience with OSP, fiber, and structured cabling.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of enterprise telecom infrastructure for aviation and transportation projects.
• Develop system architecture, designs, calculations, and tolerances.
• Mentor engineers; coordinate with BIM/CAD staff and other disciplines.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project life cycle.
