Job summary

Synergy ECP seeks a Telecommunications Technical Analyst to operate, demonstrate, and train on intelligence and telecommunications equipment. You will optimize and configure collection resources and support analysts in mission studies, leveraging deep SIGINT knowledge and close interaction with the intelligence community.

Qualifications

15+ years configuring and tasking experience on SIGINT systems and subsystems.
7+ years with modern digital/optical telecom systems, networks, and signaling.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Maryland (FSP) familiarity.

Responsibilities

Conduct mission management of collection operations under government direction.
Configure customer collection systems to execute tasking.
Optimize collection activities per SOPs and government guidance.
Ensure efficient use of assigned collection resources.
Provide operational assistance during upgrades/installations of collection systems.
Discuss with OPCs and customers to share accurate collection assessments.
Document collection priorities and tasking in logs and summaries.
Provide technical direction for training and junior personnel.
