Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Train and mentor junior technicians
