Larson Tower Specialists in Wyoming is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Tower Technician Level 3 (top hand) to lead teams on complex projects, provide technical guidance to junior technicians, and perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation on towers and related structures.

You will use hand and power tools and test equipment, maintain records of work and materials, and mentor teammates while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Train and mentor junior technicians
