Qualifikationen

• FCC Radiotelephone Operator's license or equivalent certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 0–2 years of progressive work experience in Technical Operations.

Aufgaben

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain public safety radio systems in vehicles, buildings, and repeater sites.
• Use computer software to troubleshoot and program telecom devices.
• Install and maintain devices interfacing with broadband services.
• Install and test CAT5e/CAT6 wiring and test circuits.
• Test fiber circuits connecting radio sites and endpoints.
• Assist with ITS and HAR integration; provide ongoing maintenance.
• Serve on on-call rotation and respond to outages.
• Tower climbing up to 200 ft; operate during winter conditions; train users.
