Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership across macro towers, tower modifications, small cell infrastructure, and structural manufacturing.

The role combines structural engineering, telecommunications, manufacturing, and field deployment to deliver safe, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions. The Senior Engineer will lead analysis, design and modifications, review and seal drawings, mentor other engineers, and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license in at least one U.S. state.
• Ability to obtain additional state PE licenses as required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably in telecommunications/tower infrastructure.
• Experience with telecom towers, monopoles, and foundations.
• Experience leading projects and providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, evaluation, modification, reinforcement, and manufacturability of telecom structures (towers, monopoles, small cells).
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and SME support to cross-functional teams.
• Develop cost-effective solutions balancing structural requirements with manufacturability and customer needs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve fabrication and quality issues.
• Apply FEA and thermal analysis where appropriate.
