Job summary

Ledcor Senior Project Manager in Toledo, OH oversees complex telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber deployments, wireless tower builds, and network upgrades.   • Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites.
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds.
  • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management.
  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Ledcor Technical Services is growing rapidly and seeks a Senior Project Manager with leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, high‑impact telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large‑scale network upgrades. This senior‑level role drives successful execution of major initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and meet the industry's highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites.
  • Lead planning and execution of large‑scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds.
  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted).
  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools ("MS Project", "Primavera", or similar) is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to our hub in Florence, KY.
