Job summary

AireSpring is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex telecommunications and managed services projects. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget results.

The role requires 7+ years in telecom or managed services, experience with Ethernet/SD-WAN/GPON/firewall deployments, and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management within telecommunications or managed services.
• Experience managing large-scale telecom/network infrastructure projects (Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, firewall).
• Experience coordinating with major carriers on circuit ordering, provisioning, and complex service implementations.
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools, ticketing systems, and BI platforms.
• Clear communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Able to balance multiple high-priority projects while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple telecom and managed services projects from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall deployments across multiple sites.
• Direct internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams; monitor progress and milestones.
• Manage carrier relationships with AT&T, Lumen/CenturyLink, Verizon to negotiate terms and expedite orders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Track KPIs, project metrics, and report progress to executives and customers.
• Mentor junior coordinators and associate PMs.
