Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and project governance activities.
• Technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, and software delivery processes.
• Experience working within telecommunications, cable, wireless, networking, or related technology environments.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS platforms and business processes.
• Experience supporting service activation, provisioning, order management, fulfillment, or related operational systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technical projects and programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, product, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate project planning, status reporting, executive communications, and governance activities
• Drive project execution from initiation through implementation and operational transition
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards
• Track project metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Support technical conversations regarding system integrations, provisioning, activation, and operational processes
