Qualifications

This role requires a proven project management foundation combined with a strong technical background and the ability to partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, but also possesses hands‑on knowledge of telecommunications platforms, OSS/BSS environments, and service activation workflows.
